Tim Beck, CEO

Tim Beck, 52 is CEO of Enzyme Solutions, Inc. Prior to joining ESI, Beck has long held senior management positions including President and Chief Executive Officier of the GE-Medical Protective Corporation in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was employed by GE-Medical Protective Corporation from 1975-2001. Beck earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1973 from Indiana University, and holds the designation of Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is also a member of the American Institute of CPA's and Indiana Association of CPA's.

Edwin Fisher, President

Edwin (Win) H. Fisher Jr., 46, joined ESI in November 2003. Fisher leads the marketing and sales initiative for ESI. Fisher also has held senior management positions within GE and most recently the title of Chief Executive Officer of Premier Insurance Management Services. Fisher started his professional career as a trial lawyer with a Detroit law firm. A graduate of North Carolina State University, Fisher earned a law degree Cum Laude from The Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University and Master of Business Administration degree Magna Cum Laude from The University of Notre Dame.

Bob Hawley, Vice President of Operations

Bob Hawley, 30, is Vice President of Operations of Enzyme Solutions, Inc. Hawley graduated from Milligan College in Johnson City, Tennessee with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Mr. Hawley joined ESI in June of 2001 and was promoted to VP-Operations in July 2002.

Brent Eimer, Chief Brewmaster

Brent Eimer, 41, is a director and the Chief Brewmaster at Enzyme Solutions, Inc. Eimer graduated from Miami University located in Oxford, Ohio, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1985.
